Shipping & Handling

Your order ships within 24 hours on weekdays. Please notice that your shipment might be delayed up to 3 days during our sales period.

Your order will be shipped via DHL and the costs price depends on the country of delivery.

Delivery time is usually 2-5 days after shipment date when shipped to an address in Europe. styleworld.dk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please note, that during campaigns, delivery time can be longer.
styleworld.dk ships to the following European countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Mainland only), Sweden and UK.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have the option to return your order purchased at styleworld.dk within 30 days of purchase. The 30 days return policy also includes items on sale.

To return an item, just fill in the Return Merchandise form, which is included with your order.

You will have to pay for the return shipment. Feel free to use the bag that your order came in to return the item(s).

Please use any shipping provider such as GLS, DHL or UPS.

Please send the return order to our company address. styleworld.dk will not pick up any return orders sent to a parcel shops or other form of return/pick up store.

When you return an order, you are refunded the purchase price. The refund will be credited to the card, that you paid with, within 5 days from the time the return order is received and we have checked that it the items are not damaged in any way. In case the product you want to exchange is sold out, you will be refunded within 5 days.

Damaged item

Customers are allowed to try the purchased item/items to verify that the function and characteristics of the products are in order. To get a full refund for a returned item, though, you may not use it or wash it, and all original tags must not be removed. The customer is responsible for any change or damage to an item when handling it. This means that if the item has been used for anything other than what is permitted, it will be regarded as used. This means that if you wish to return the item, you would either receive no refund or a partial refund, depending on the individual case.

Exchange

If you want to exchange a style into a different style than you have ordred, you need to place a new order on styleworld.dk and return the unwanted and ask for a refund.

If you want the same style in other size please send back the item you wish returned to styleworld.dk within 30 days. When you want to exchange an item, just fill in the Return Merchandise form, which is included with your order.

In case the product you want to exchange to is sold out, you will be refunded within 5 days.

Complaints

styleworld.dk always strives to make sure its products are of the highest quality, but sometimes mistakes happen, and a product is not up to our usual, high standards. If this is the case, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the mistake.

Consumers may complain about goods within a 2-year period. If possible, your item will be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, you will get a new item in the same size and model. If this is not possible, you will be offered your money back if the complaint is justified and not due to any fault or misuse on your part.

You must make the complaint at a reasonable time after you have noticed the defect. We always consider a claim to be valid if received within 2 months after you purchased an item. How to shop at STYLEWORLD.DK

You card is first charged when your order has left our warehouse.

Fraud

styleworld.dk reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where there is a suspicion of fraud, false information or hacking. This is also true in cases of bad faith; for example, an obvious price misprint at styleworld.dk
